Jiang Zheng held various positions at Southeast University from 1985 to 1998, including lecturer, associate professor, professor, doctoral supervisor, and vice president of the Wuxi branch.From 1998 to 2002, he served as the manager of Suzhou Design Center of Motorola (China) Electronics Co., Ltd. From 2002 to 2019, he served as the Chairman of C*Core Technology Co.,Ltd. Mr. Zheng is a recipient of the State Council Special Allowance, and he has been honored with awards such as the National High-Level Talents of the "New Century Talents Project," the second prize of “National Science and Technology Advancement Award”, the Ministry of Science and Technology's "Innovation Talent Promotion Plan," National Youth in the Information Industry, Outstanding Youth in Jiangsu Province, Outstanding Contribution Award in Jiangsu Manufacturing industry, Outstanding Contribution Award in Jiangsu "333 Project," and the inaugural Outstanding Talent in Suzhou.

Zuonan Xiao, who currently serves as a general manager and board member of C*Core Technology Co.,Ltd., has been awarded the second prize of “National Science and Technology Advancement Award” and the “Suzhou Mayor’s Award”. Previously at Suzhou Design Center of Motorola (China) Electronics Co., Ltd, he worked as an engineer and department manager. Since 2003, he has held various positions in C*Core Technology Co.,Ltd, including IC Design Department Manager and General Manager.

Qihe Kuang served as a teacher at Danyang Situ Senior High School from 1988 to 1991. From 1991 to 1994, he studied for a master's degree at Nanjing Normal University. From 1994 to 1998, he served successively as an engineer and department manager at Wuxi Little Swan Co., Ltd. From 1999 to 2002, he studied for a doctoral degree at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. From 2002 to 2003, he served as a department manager at Jiangsu Ideabank Technology Co., Ltd.. From 2003 to 2019, he served as a department manager and deputy general manager at C*Core Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Kuang Qihe is a recipient of the State Council Special Allowance.
